Roman graduated from Ural State Mining University, Ekaterinburg. Prior MICROMINE Roman worked in the IT sector of a Geology Exploration company.

Roman joined MICROMINE in 2011 and responsible for the technical part of implementation of several Pitram projects across the CIS region.
