1. DELEGATE REGISTRATION:

  • 1.1 Delegates who wish to present at the Forum must complete registration before 10 May 2020.
  • 1.2 Delegates wishing to attend the Forum without presentation must register by 10 May 2020.

2. DELEGATE REGISTRATION TERMS:

  • 2.1 Forum delegate fee includes admission to all forum sessions; admission to drinks reception; conference bag with Forum materials; luncheons, coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Bulgarian and English); online access to post-event Forum materials.
  • 2.2 Delegates who have selected presentation option must submit before 10 May 2020 completed speaker form with photo, short bio and the synopsis of the presentation. In addition to the standard delegate terms fee includes presentation in selected event (subject to approval of the organising committee), use of Audio-Visual and translation equipment, Simultaneous translation of the presentation (English and Bulgarian), publication of presentation slides in MINEX Forum materials; presenter’s photo and short bio listing in the Forum catalogue and website.

3. GALA DINNER FEE:

  • Includes unreserved seat at a dinner table;
  • entertainment program during the dinner.

4. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:

  • Exhibitor registration closes on 10 May 2020. Exhibitors who wish to present at the Forum, must register before 10 May 2020.

5. EXHIBITOR TERMS:

  • 5.1 Exhibitor package includes hire of table, 2 chairs and small area for mobile exhibition stand (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m), two admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner.
  • 5.2 All exhibitors will have their company profile and logo listing on the Forum website and in the printed Catalogue.
  • 5.3 All exhibitors are entitled to complimentary presentation at the Forum.
  • 5.4 All exhibitors are entitled to 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets.

6. BANNER PRESENTATION TERMS:

  • 6.1 Banner presentation includes place for one banner (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m) in the exhibition area.
  • 6.2 One admission ticket to the Forum and Gala Dinner
  • 6.3 One Speaker presentation opportunity (up to 20 minute) at the Forum.
  • 6.4 Banner presenters are entitled 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets.

7. ADVERTISING:

  • All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 10 May 2020 in accordance with the technical specifications (please enquire).

8. PAYMENT:

  • Delegate and exhibitor fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or by Bank Transfer.

9. DISCOUNTS:

  • Pay before 30 April 2020 – 10% discount

10. ADMISSION:

  • Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.

11. CANCELLATION:

  • Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 10 May 2020  will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 10 May 2020. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 10 May 2020.
