Originally from Poland, where he had obtained mining engineering degree with honors. Since early 1986 he has been living and working in Australia. He is a holder of the Western Australian (WA) 1st Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous) and WA 1st Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal). His experience includes 7 years in underground coal mining in Poland (mine management and mines rescue), 4.5 years with the WA Department of Mines - 2 years as a Special Inspector of Mines/Senior Ventilation Officer based in Karratha and 2.5 years as a District Inspector of Mines/Deputy Regional Mining Engineer in Kalgoorlie. Since April 1992 when he had joined WMC Resources Ltd (then the biggest Mining Company in Australia), he has been working in mine management as Underground Mine Manager, Mining Manager, Relieve-Registered Mine Manager, Registered Mine Manager, General Manager/Director and Business Improvement - Mining Consultant in Australia (majority of it), Russia, Kazakhstan, Ghana, Mongolia and Philippines. Most of his experience has been in underground operations. And in open pit mining, iron ore included. Since 2003 Kris Biegaj in parallel to his mine management work, through his Company Ausvac Mining Pty Ltd has been conducting hands-on mine floor material recovery operations in Australia with the use of the mobile supersucker/giant mobile vacuum cleaner designed and built in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The machine is based on the late 60-ties of the last Century South Australian machines which have been used to mine opals i.e. designed and constructed in Australia.

James joined SRK in 2005 as a resource and exploration geologist. Between 2014 and 2016 James operated across South America and established and managed the Geology/Mining Department within SRK Consulting (Peru).
During this time he has become a Chartered Geologist and Competent Person (CP) with the Geological Society London.
Prior to joining SRK, James worked in the junior sector across West and Central Africa culminating in the discovery of the Passendro gold project.

Luis Martins is a geologist with more than 35 years of experience in the exploration and mining sector. He graduated from the Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon (1973) and has a MsC in Economic Geology from the same faculty (1995) and also several national and international post-graduation courses. He was a former Director of the Mineral Resources Department at the Geology and Mining Institute (the Geological Survey) and a former Director of the Mines and Quarries Department at the Directorate-General of Energy and Geology (the Mining Authority). He was the Portuguese representative on the “Raw Materials Supply Group” of DG Enterprise and Industry of the European Commission (June 2010-August 2012) and coordinator of the CYTED Ibero-American Network “Land Use Planning and Mineral Resources”. He has coordinated several national and international technical and research projects in the areas of mineral exploration, environmental geology, and mining heritage.
He was also Colt Resources Inc. Vice-President Business & Development and CEO of Ozdogu Portugal Mining and Exploration Lda.
Currently is also Vice-President of Assimagra, a Portuguese mining association, representing it at Euromines and President of the Cluster Portugal Mineral Resources. He is a member of the High-Level Group of the European Innovation Partnership on Raw Materials and an associate of the Portuguese Association of Geologists.
He has published 110 papers in peer-review publications and presenting oral communications in about 400 national and international events.

He was actively involved with the development, PR/GR, and permitting of Kışladağ and Efemçukuru mines in Turkey. He is currently working as Chairman-Board of Directors of Tuprag and VP&General Manager of Turkey.

Professor Manuel Regueiro, holds a BSc Geology from the Complutense University of Madrid (1979). Since 2005 he is the Chief of External Affairs of the Geological Survey of Spain (IGME). He has been working (and still works) the last 20 years as a specialist on industrial minerals. Has been Associate Professor of the Department of Crystallography and Mineralogy of the School of Geology of the Complutense University of Madrid. As a researcher he has participated in over 30 research projects. As principal researcher, he has directed 6 research projects. He has a wide and recognized international reputation in his fields of knowledge. He is an active member of a number of scientific societies (Spanish Society of Ceramic & Glass (Member of the Board), Spanish Geological Society, Spanish Society for the Defense of the National Mining and Geological Heritage (former member of the Board)) and has very good relationships with many national mining industrial associations and its European counterparts (Spanish Stone Federation, Spanish National Aggregates Manufacturing Association, Spanish Industrial Minerals Association, etc.). Manuel Regueiro has been the President of the European Federation of Geologists, an organization where he served for two mandates (1996-1999 and 2007-2009) and is currently President of the Spanish Association of Professional Geologists (ICOG) and founding member and former Secretary of the NGO “World Geologists.”
